1. How much does a cellar cost?

It depends on the engineering geology conditions (subsoil, water situation),
size and configuration. That is why an individual quotation is created for each building project.

2. What documents do I have to send you in order to get a quotation?

For this we will need a cellar floor plan, a ground floor plan and information about the height between floors, and the house manufacturer, if known. If additional information is available, please send them to us as well, because as a general rule one can say: the more information is available, the more exact is the quotation.

3. What regions do you supply to?

All of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, France, Ireland and the UK

4. What is the exact sequence for building a cellar?

Generally it is like this: Meeting at the building site at the start of construction, instructions for the excavation work (excavation depth, etc.), creating the batter board (precision measurement by surveyor), concreting the foundation slab, cellar assembly, installation of the stairs, concreting the cellar, sealing and other remaining work.

5. What documents do you need to build a cellar?

A complete application for building permission (floor plans, elevations, cross-section), including drainage plans, building permit, structural calculations, if available: soil investigation, cellar fabrication drawing, ceiling breakthrough drawing and confirmation of financing.
